When acquiring and using personal information, we will clarify the purpose, acquire the information fairly and appropriately, and use it only within the scope of the purpose for which it was acquired with the consent of the party concerned. We do not use personal information for any purposes other than those listed below.- When entrusted by a client:
- Use of address information necessary in direct mail services on behalf of the client
- When we obtain information ourselves:
- Responses to inquiries regarding our business and sending out of information to clients
- Recruitment and post-recruitment management of employees
- Outsourcing contracts and post-contract management for leaders, RID Ladies, and other workers (posting and shipping service staff members)
- When entrusted by a client:
- Management and protection of personal information
- In order to effectively execute the Personal Information Protection Management System, we assign personal information protection managers to maintain and operate the system. We also provide our employees and related personnel with the education and training necessary to ensure the protection, appropriate operation, and management of personal information.
- We have established regulations and implement safety measures to protect personal information from risks such as unauthorized access, loss, destruction, falsification, and leakage. We also take corrective and preventive measures as necessary.
- We may outsource all or part of the handling of personal information to outside parties to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use described in the preceding two paragraphs. When outsourcing the handling of personal information to another company, etc., we will select an appropriate outsourcing company, conclude appropriate contracts, and provide appropriate guidance and management so that the company will use, provide, and safely manage the personal information in accordance with the consent given when the personal information was acquired.
- Complaints, consultations, etc., and responses to disclosure recipients
Upon request from the party concerned, we will respond in good faith, appropriately, and promptly to requests for notification of purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension or cessation of use, and suspension of provision to third parties of the personal information held by us pertaining to the recipient of disclosure.
